Olivier Commowick
Olivier is an Instructor in Radiology in the Computational Radiology Laboratory at Childrens Hospital Boston. He obtained his Ph.D. in biomedical image processing from INRIA Sophia Antipolis (Asclepios team) where worked on anatomical atlas construction and registration for radiotherapy under the supervision of Gregoire Malandain. Olivier holds M.S. degrees in applied mathematics and computer vision from Ecole Normale Superieure de Cachan and in computer science from University of Technology of Compiegne. His research interests include creation and registration of atlases for segmentation and group statististics and clinical applications of MRI and DTI processing (radiotherapy, epilepsy surgery planning, multiple sclerosis).
